📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead a team of data scientists and analysts to develop and implement data-driven strategies that enhance food safety, quality, and sustainability.
• Utilize advanced data analytics tools and techniques to extract actionable insights from large and complex datasets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our clients' needs are met and exceeded.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines and infrastructure to support our food intelligence solutions.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in the field of food intelligence and data science.
• Provide thought leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management, ensuring that data-driven decisions are made.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry experts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role within the food industry or data science.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing data-driven strategies that drive business growth and innovation.
• Strong understanding of data analytics tools and techniques, including Python, R, and SQL.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time for client meetings and industry conferences.
• Certification in data science or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
