📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in planning and managing vessel schedules, ensuring timely departures and arrivals.
• Coordinate with cargo operations teams to optimize cargo loading and stowage plans.
• Monitor and report on vessel performance, including fuel consumption and cargo handling efficiency.
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of operational reports and documentation.
• Support the logistics team in managing cargo documentation, including bills of lading and shipping instructions.
• Participate in safety drills and ensure compliance with maritime safety regulations.
• Assist in the training and development of new team members.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fresh graduate with a degree in Logistics, Maritime Studies, or a related field.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge of maritime terminology and cargo operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
• Familiarity with cargo planning software (e.g., CargoWise, SAP, Navis) is a plus.
• Valid SIM (Surat Izin Mengemudi) and ability to obtain a maritime safety certificate (STCW) is a plus.
