📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct accurate and detailed cost analysis for manufacturing processes, including material, labor, and overhead costs.
• Develop and maintain costing models and methodologies to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including cost variance reports, budget forecasts, and profitability analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost-reduction strategies.
• Provide financial support to the manufacturing team by analyzing production data and identifying areas for improvement.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in costing and financial analysis.
• Assist in the development and implementation of financial strategies to support the company's growth objectives.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions and data.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in costing, financial analysis, or a similar role in a manufacturing or financial environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP.
• Certification in cost accounting or financial analysis is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
