📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's growth and objectives.
• Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
• Assist in recruitment and selection processes to ensure we bring the best talent to our team.
• Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices to continuously improve our HR processes.
• Collaborate with department heads to align HR initiatives with business goals.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR Development or a similar role in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using HRIS systems such as BambooHR or Workday.
• Certification in HR Development or a related field is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
