📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Conduct inspections and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors to manage repairs and upgrades, adhering to industry standards and safety protocols.
• Monitor energy consumption and implement measures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and system performance using SAP and other relevant software.
• Train and mentor junior staff on technical procedures and best practices.
• Participate in emergency response drills and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our facilities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities engineering or a similar role, preferably in a luxury hospitality or commercial property.
• Certifications in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or fire protection systems are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of building automation systems (BAS) and energy management software.
• Proficient in using SAP and other relevant technical software.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Fluent in English and Indonesian, with excellent communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel frequently.
