📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Help with employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation and exit interviews.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest and knowledge in Human Resources practices and principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
