📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee all tax-related functions, including tax planning, compliance, and reporting
• Manage a team of tax professionals, providing guidance and mentorship
• Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize fiscal efficiency and mitigate tax risks
• Ensure accurate and timely tax filings, including corporate, payroll, and value-added tax (VAT)
• Collaborate with the finance team to provide tax insights that support financial planning and decision-making
• Stay up-to-date with changes in Indonesian tax laws and regulations
• Conduct regular training and development programs for the tax team
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external tax advisors and auditors

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in tax management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations, including corporate tax, payroll tax, and VAT
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Tax Professional (CTP) certification preferred
• Proficient in using tax software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
