📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Lead the corporate accounting team, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Develop and implement MIS reporting systems to support data-driven decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations, including preparing and filing annual tax returns.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
• Manage the financial performance of the company, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Oversee the preparation and presentation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with external auditors and tax authorities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial management, accounting, and tax compliance.
