📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC and chiller systems in data centers.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to cooling systems, working closely with clients to minimize downtime.
• Monitor energy consumption and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of cooling systems with other data center infrastructure.
• Provide technical support and training to clients and internal teams as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in HVAC and chiller technology.
• Participate in on-call duties to respond to urgent service requests and emergencies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC and chiller systems, with a focus on data center applications.
• Certifications in HVAC/R, Refrigeration, or a related field are highly desirable.
• Proficiency in using industry-standard tools and software, such as AutoCAD, BIM, and energy management systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Knowledge of data center infrastructure and best practices in cooling system design and implementation.
• Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards related to HVAC and chiller systems is a plus.
