In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our properties, including ensuring that all maintenance and repair work is carried out to the highest standards. You will also be responsible for managing our team of property managers and maintenance staff, ensuring that they are trained and equipped to deliver exceptional service to our clients. You will work closely with our vendors and service providers to ensure that all our properties are well-maintained and that our clients are happy with the service they receive.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of luxury properties in Bali, including residential and commercial properties.
• Ensure that all maintenance and repair work is carried out to the highest standards, using tools such as SAP and BIM for project management and tracking.
• Manage a team of property managers and maintenance staff, providing training and support to ensure they deliver exceptional service.
• Work closely with vendors and service providers to ensure that all properties are well-maintained and that clients are satisfied with the service they receive.
• Monitor and manage property budgets, ensuring that all expenses are within budget and that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported.
• Ensure that all properties meet health and safety regulations, and that all staff are trained and equipped to work safely.
• Provide regular reports to management on the status of properties and the performance of the team.
• Attend to client inquiries and concerns, ensuring that all issues are resolved promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience in property management, with a focus on luxury properties.
• Proven track record of successfully managing high-end properties in Bali.
• Strong knowledge of property management software, including SAP and BIM.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of people.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Familiarity with local regulations and laws governing property management in Bali.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as real estate, property management, or a related discipline.
