🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in credit product development, financial services, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and market research tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
• Knowledge of financial products and services, including credit products, is a plus.
• Certification in financial analysis or credit risk management is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
