📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead a team of collection agents, setting clear goals and ensuring that our debt recovery process is efficient and effective.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and analyze collection performance, providing regular reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and internal policies related to debt recovery.
• Provide training and support to collection agents, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring that they are treated with respect and professionalism.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our debt recovery process is integrated with our overall business strategy.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in debt recovery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as finance, business administration, or a similar discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services and debt recovery, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Certification in debt recovery or financial services is a plus.
