📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and execute corporate, social, and cultural events from conception to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth event operations.
• Manage event budgets and financials, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
• Oversee venue selection, logistics, and technical requirements.
• Leverage event management software such as Eventbrite and Cvent for planning and execution.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Analyze event performance and provide insights for future improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in event management, preferably in a corporate or cultural setting.
• Proven track record of successfully managing events of varying sizes and complexities.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in event management software such as Eventbrite and Cvent.
• Certification in Event Management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
