As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction and maintenance of our projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the construction and maintenance of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.,Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.,Inspect and monitor construction sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.,Prepare and submit progress reports, change orders, and other project documentation.,Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or delays that arise during the project lifecycle.,Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and address any concerns.,Ensure all work is completed in accordance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.,Proficient in using project management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
