📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Ensure high standards of food quality, portion control, and presentation.,Maintain a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop staff to ensure excellent customer service.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage budgets and financial performance of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu development and cost control.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Experience with POS systems and other restaurant management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
