📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Source and screen candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide suitable candidates.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure efficient recruitment processes.,Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Assist in the onboarding process of new hires to ensure a smooth transition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian job market and recruitment practices.,Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
