📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the development and implementation of training programs and employee development initiatives.
• Support the HR team in talent management activities, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and best practices in HR and talent management.
• Assist in the coordination of workshops, seminars, and other learning and development activities.
• Support the HR team in the administration of HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other HR tools.
• Collaborate with team members to gather feedback and insights on employee engagement and satisfaction.
• Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures.
• Contribute to the creation of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest and passion for Human Resources and Talent Management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other HR tools is a plus.
