📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Manage a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, training, and support.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.,Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with sales policies and procedures.,Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the production team to meet customer demands.,Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote our products.,Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.,Familiarity with industry regulations, standards, and best practices.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
