📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm and friendly welcome.,Check guests into their rooms and assist with check-out procedures.,Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest services.,Maintain the reception area in a clean and orderly manner.,Assist in training and supervising other receptionists.,Keep accurate records of guest information and transactions.,Promote the hotel's amenities and services to guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Proficient in English and Indonesian languages.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with hotel management software and systems.,Valid ID and work permit for Kalimantan Barat.,Previous experience in a similar role in a hotel or hospitality setting is a plus.
