📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the operation and maintenance of machinery and equipment.,Ensure optimal performance and productivity of the production line.,Conduct regular inspections and maintenance to prevent breakdowns and downtime.,Train and mentor junior operators on best practices and safety procedures.,Monitor and report on machine performance and efficiency.,Collaborate with the production team to improve processes and increase output.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.,Manage inventory and order replacement parts as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Machine Operator.,Proven track record of successful leadership and team management.,Thorough knowledge of machinery operation and maintenance.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with safety regulations and standards.,Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
