Duta Vera Gadget is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Learning Development to join our team in Singkawang. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing learning and development programs that enhance the skills and competencies of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in learning and development, a passion for continuous improvement, and excellent communication skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.,Identify training needs and design appropriate training programs.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate and upskill employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.,Collaborate with managers and employees to ensure training programs are relevant and impactful.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide guidance and support to employees to help them achieve their career goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong understanding of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
