📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends to stay ahead of the competition.,Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.,Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and employers to foster a positive recruitment experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a hybrid or remote environment.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with the local job market and industry trends in Tenggarong, Kalimantan Timur.
