📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests and visitors with a warm and professional attitude.,Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records.,Handle mail and packages, and assist with deliveries.,Manage front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures.,Provide information about the company and its services.,Assist with event planning and coordination.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Familiarity with office management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Flexibility to work hybrid schedule.
