As a Graphic Design Prepress / Design Packaging Specialist, you'll be responsible for transforming design concepts into print-ready files, ensuring seamless integration with our production processes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and refine design concepts for packaging solutions, ensuring they meet both functional and aesthetic requirements.
Develop print-ready files using industry-standard software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure seamless integration of designs with our manufacturing processes.
Conduct prepress tasks, including color separation, trapping, and imposition, to prepare files for printing.
Ensure designs adhere to brand guidelines and industry standards, maintaining consistency across all packaging solutions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in packaging design and prepress.
Provide technical support to the design team, offering guidance on design and prepress best practices.
Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for packaging design and prepress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Printing Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design and prepress, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other industry-standard design and prepress software.
Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles.
Experience with packaging design and prepress for various printing techniques, including offset, digital, and flexographic printing.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, such as those set by the Printing Industries of America (PIA) and the International Organization for Standardization (ISO).
