📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospital, ensuring that all activities run smoothly and efficiently.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Manage and coordinate the work of the operational team, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including healthcare laws and safety protocols.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and coordination of activities.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services.,Lead and mentor junior staff to develop their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the healthcare industry.,Strong understanding of healthcare operations and a proven track record of success in managing teams and resources.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with a diverse range of people.,Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound decisions based on data and information.,Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with other departments.
