ZENIX Pratama is looking for a Deputy Cashier Accounting to join our team in Surabaya. As a Deputy Cashier Accounting, you will play a crucial role in managing our financial transactions and ensuring the accuracy of our accounting records. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and processing of financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and other related documents.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records, including general ledgers, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.,Assist in the reconciliation of bank statements and other financial accounts.,Prepare and submit financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Provide support to the accounting team in the preparation of tax returns and other financial filings.,Assist in the management of the cash flow and bank reconciliations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.,Familiarity with accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial records.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.,Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
