Berkah Wati Spareparts is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. This is an immediate opening, and the right candidate will have the opportunity to make an impact from day one.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and strategic partnerships.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, including customers, distributors, and suppliers.,Develop and implement business development strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.,Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to identify trends and opportunities.,Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and pitches to stakeholders.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of business development initiatives.,Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of business development efforts.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to inform strategic decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of the automotive spare parts industry and market dynamics.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant business software.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
