📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Monitoring and patrolling the hospital premises to prevent unauthorized access and potential security threats.
  • Ensuring the safety of patients, staff, and visitors by enforcing security protocols and procedures.
  • Conducting regular security checks and inspections to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Responding to security incidents and emergencies, including accidents, medical emergencies, and criminal activities.
  • Assisting in the investigation of security breaches and incidents, and documenting all findings.
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion in all security-related matters.
  • Working collaboratively with other departments to ensure the overall security and safety of the hospital.
  • Adhering to all applicable laws, regulations, and hospital policies related to security.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in security, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Knowledge of security protocols, emergency response procedures, and risk assessment.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, staff, and visitors.
  • Physical fitness and the ability to perform security duties under various conditions.
  • Valid security license or certification, preferably from a recognized security agency.
  • Ability to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions in emergency situations.
  • Commitment to maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
