In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing LCL (Less than Container Load) operations for export shipments, ensuring smooth and efficient logistics processes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize LCL export operations, including cargo planning, booking, and documentation.,Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and accurate handling of LCL shipments.,Monitor and report on KPIs related to LCL operations, including on-time performance, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction.,Provide operational support and guidance to the sales team in the preparation of LCL quotes and contracts.,Collaborate with the customs and regulatory team to ensure compliance with all relevant import/export regulations and documentation requirements.,Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer service.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all LCL operations and related documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in LCL operations, preferably in a global logistics environment.,Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and documentation requirements.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with logistics software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
