📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Conduct job analysis and create job descriptions and specifications.,Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including offer and onboarding.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Maintain a strong understanding of the company's culture and values to ensure a good fit between candidates and the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant recruitment software.,Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations is a plus.
