📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and friendly welcome.,Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest registrations.,Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records and reservations.,Perform night audits to ensure cash handling and financial accuracy.,Lead and supervise receptionist staff, providing training and guidance as needed.,Promote and uphold the company's values and standards of service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role in the hospitality industry.,Proven leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with hotel management systems and software.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
