📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.,Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.,Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.,Negotiate contracts and close deals with potential clients.,Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales-related events to promote our products and services.,Train and develop new sales staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong negotiation and communication skills.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems is a plus.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
