📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee banquet operations, including event planning, coordination, and execution.,Manage a team of banquet staff to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.,Ensure all events are executed according to the company's standards and client requirements.,Handle client inquiries, bookings, and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Manage banquet supplies and inventory to ensure adequate stock levels.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth event execution.,Monitor and report on banquet operations to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in banquet or event management.,Proven track record of successfully managing banquet operations.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using event management software and tools.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations for food service.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian culture and customs is a plus.
