Salon Lestari Medical Center is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team. This is a hybrid position, offering the flexibility to work from our office in Purwakarta and from home. We are looking for a professional who is detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of managing financial records and reporting accurately. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a passion for helping our organization achieve its financial goals.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.,Conduct regular reconciliations of bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable to ensure accuracy.,Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Provide financial analysis and reports to support decision-making processes.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Manage the payroll process, including calculating wages, deductions, and taxes.,Prepare and submit tax returns and other required financial documents to the relevant authorities.,Maintain relationships with external auditors and other financial stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS accounting standards.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
