📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the company's fleet of vehicles.,Coordinate with drivers and ensure they adhere to safety and operational guidelines.,Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure timely servicing.,Track vehicle performance and fuel consumption to optimize costs.,Handle vehicle scheduling and routing to ensure timely deliveries.,Investigate and resolve any issues related to vehicle operations.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage and performance.,Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics and vehicle management software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Familiarity with local traffic regulations and customs.
