📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are well-maintained and operated efficiently.,Oversee the scheduling and routing of vehicles to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Monitor vehicle performance and fuel consumption to optimize costs.,Coordinate with drivers and mechanics to address any issues or concerns.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Generate and maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and performance.,Provide regular reports to management on fleet performance and any areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
