In this role, you will be responsible for managing store operations, ensuring smooth daily activities, and supporting the Store Admin in achieving store targets. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing store inventory, including stock taking, ordering, and replenishment.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.,Support the Store Admin in managing store staff, including scheduling, training, and performance reviews.,Monitor store sales and provide regular reports to the Store Admin and management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in organizing store events and promotions to boost sales.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Support the Store Admin in any other tasks as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or administrative role.,Familiarity with inventory management systems and point of sale (POS) software.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is a plus.
