AETHER Pratama is looking for a dynamic and experienced Deputy Outlet Staff to join our team in Bontang, Kalimantan Timur. You will be responsible for supporting the Outlet Staff in managing the store, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers, and contributing to the overall success of our retail operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Outlet Staff in managing the store, including inventory, sales, and customer service.,Ensure the store is well-organized and appealing to customers.,Provide excellent customer service to enhance the shopping experience.,Support the Outlet Staff in achieving sales targets and store performance metrics.,Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.,Participate in store promotions and special events.,Maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.,Collaborate with the team to ensure a positive and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail or customer service.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems is a plus.,Ability to lift and move heavy items up to 20 kg.,Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.,Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
