📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and menu specifications.,Assist the Head Chef in maintaining food quality, safety, and presentation standards.,Manage inventory and ensure proper food storage and handling.,Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and utensils.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Participate in kitchen meetings and contribute to menu planning and development.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 20 kg).,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Valid food handling certificate.
