📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Pastry Chef in preparing and baking pastries.,Ensure the quality and consistency of pastries by following recipes and standards.,Maintain and clean the pastry kitchen and equipment.,Stock and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies.,Assist in the development and testing of new pastry recipes.,Work efficiently and accurately to meet production schedules.,Follow all health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year experience as a Pastry Chef or Assistant Pastry Chef.,Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and ingredients.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.,Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.,Good hygiene and food safety practices.
