📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the commis chef in preparing and cooking food according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Stock and manage kitchen supplies and ingredients.,Assist in food cost control and inventory management.,Prepare and maintain food presentation standards.,Follow all health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff.,Participate in kitchen meetings and contribute to operational improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a kitchen environment is a plus.,Good knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen safety.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and tools.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
